My Drawing Experience – Zen Day

Long ago I have heard that painting and drawing can be very beneficial for your heart and mind, I even felt it many times, but never went down that road professionally, and it’s obvious. 🙂 However, whenever I have a need to feel a deep peace, that is my choice for achieving it! It’s not about how you draw or what you’re drawing, it’s about enjoying while you’re doing it. 🙂

Today is my zen day. Well, that’s how I like to call it. It’s a day when we can do whatever we want to do – except to be lazy. 🙂 Whether it’s painting, singing, doing yoga or writing I make sure to enjoy that day. Anything that makes me happy (or happier) will do just fine for relaxation, as far as I do it with heart.

If you dedicate one day a week to yourself and your interests/hobbies you will be more fulfilled and efficient in solving everyday assignments and obligations. And here’s why I chose drawing for today! 🙂 Enjoy this great article.
